• Step one fill out the form below; if you experience technical difficulties, or if you do not get a reply within 24 hours, contact director Vicky Greenbaum at vicky.greenbaum@menloschool.org.
• Step two: we contact your reference (teacher, ensemble director) so they may attest to your advanced level of playing; a CD or audition in person may be required
• Step three: upon acceptance, send a check or money order for $100 to hold your place, along with paperwork which will be emailed to you.

• Step four: if applying for a Fellowship, send in a CD containing two contrasting solo pieces or movements, plus three orchestral excerpts chosen to impress us with your musicianship. Note: be certain that your recording is unedited, because we can hear editing and splicing. Be certain that your recording is your own, not anyone else's. NEW THIS YEAR: DO NOT send recordings of performance with orchestra. Piano is optional.

• Step five if applying for Scholarship, send a letter detailing your financial need to the Director; all information will be kept confidential; also, send a CD with same material as described for the Fellowship, in Step Four above.
